Blick vom Naturcampingpark auf das Karwendelgebirge
Explore the region

Between the Isar, mountain lakes and the Karwendel.

The campsite lies in a region that offers everything from gentle walks to full days in the mountains. Here is a carefully selected guide for your stay.

Choose well

Not every day needs a summit.

Some days lead along the Isar, others through a gorge or up the Kranzberg. And sometimes a stroll through Mittenwald, with its painted houses and violin-making history, is exactly enough.

We have selected walks and destinations that can be reached directly from the campsite or after a short drive. Current trail conditions, opening times and dates are available through the Alpenwelt Karwendel links or from the relevant operator.
